Recipe of Green Tea Cupcakes with Matcha Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 Cup cake flour according to requirement.

- 3 Eggs.
- 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract.

- 1/2 Cup green tea.
- Steep a green tea bag for about 3 minutes.
- Measure 1/2 cup brewed.
Frosting
- 1 package (9 ounces) cream cheese at room temperature.
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature.
- 2.5 cups powdered sugar.
- 1.5 tablespoon matcha powder.
- Zest of 2 lemon.
- 10 fortune cookies, for garnish.
