Ingredients
- Cheddar cheese crushed 3 cups
- Green chili 4-5
- Oil for deep frying
- Bread slice 5
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs as required
Procedure
Mash the cheese and knead well then Soak the bread slices in water for 5-10 minutes.Squeeze out the water crumble the slices and mix with the cheese.Add the green chili black pepper and salt.Mix it in a well manner and make a balls.Now mix the balls in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.Deep fry these balls in oil until it become golden.Serve hot delicious cheese balls with cold drink and enjoy the meal.
