Delicious Recipe of Fish Tikka

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets 450 gram.
  • Red chili powder 2 teaspoon.
  • Fresh ginger 4 small pieces.
  • Garlic cloves 15.
  • Mace 1 small piece.
  • Orange color 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Green cardamomes 6.
  • Yogurt 3-4 table spoon.

Procedure

Wash the fish and dry properly.Cut into medium size pieces.Grind garlic and ginger into a small pieces.Mix all the ingredients color ,salt and red chili powder into yogurt.Apply to the fish pieces and keep aside for 1 hour.Stick on iron rod then put it on medium flame of charcoal grill turn its sides till it becomes brown.Serve with mint chutni,rice,ketchup and cold drink.
