Ingredients
- 0.5 kg Mutton.
- 2.5 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste.
- 0.5 cup Oil.
- 1 tablespoon Special mutton karahi masala.
- 0.7 tablespoon Dry fenugreek leaves.
- 5 Thinly chop small green chili.
- 130 gram Whole deggi mirch.
- 135 gram Whole red chili.
- 1 tablespoon Mace.
- 260 gram Yogurt.
- 1 inch Ginger piece.
- 4 tablespoon Dry coriander.
- Salt to taste
- 5 Green chili.
- 1 tablespoon Long pepper.
- 100 gram Cumin seeds.
- 3 - 4 Star anise.
- 5 - 6 Cloves.
- 9 - 11 Green cardamoms.
Procedure
Boil the mutton until its done.Now take a wok and put oil heat it up and add mutton fry on high heat till mutton changes into brown color then add chopped green chili and ginger garlic paste and fry well for 3 to 4 minutes.Now add lightly blended yogurt,salt and special mutton karahi masala and fry on high heat for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then add whole green chili and fenugreek leaves and cook till oil separates.Garnish with ginger flakes and serve with naans and cold drink.
Note
Fry all spices turn by turn on skillet and grind them well.Keep in an airtight jar.
