Recipe of Yummy Fry Fish Masala



Plate full of fried fish


Ingredients



  • 850 gm Fish.
  • 1/2 cup White vinegar. 
  • 1 teaspoon Salt.
  • Marinate fish with salt and vinegar and leave it for 4 – 5 hours.



Ingredients for Batter



  • 1 Egg.
  • 5 tablespoon Gram flour.
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder. 
  • 1 teaspoon Carom seeds.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste. 
  • 1 pinch Baking soda. 
  • For frying use mustard oil.
  • Use masala according to taste.

Ingredients for Masala



  • 2 teaspoon Amchoor powder.
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds.
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt.
  • 1.5 teaspoon Fried crushed cumin seeds.
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mint leaves.
  • Mix all above ingredients,make masala and spread it on fried fish.



Procedure


Take a bowl add egg,gram flour,salt,turmeric powder,red chili powder,carom seeds, garlic paste and baking soda mix and make batter with cold water.Dip the marinated fish in this batter and deep fry with oil until golden brown.Sprinkle with masala and serve with cold drink.
