Ingredients
- 2 lb Flank steak.
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoon Dry sherry.
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch.
- 2 (16 ounce) Package frozen broccoli,defrosted.
- 2 Garlic clove,minced.
- 2 Slice fresh ginger,finely minced.
- 4 tablespoons Peanut oil.
- Salt to taste.
Procedure
Fry over high heat,stirring constantly for about 20 seconds more then add the beef.Stir fry,stirring constantly for about 1-3 minute.Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 4 to 6 minutes until the broccoli is cooked but still crisp and still dark green.Its is low in carbohydrates.The delicious meal is ready serve it hot.
