Ingredients
- Noodles 300 gm.
- Oil for frying.
- Onion 1 large.
- Tomato ketchup 4 tablespoon.
- Szechuan sauce 2-3 tablespoon.
- Salt to taste.
- Carrot 1 thin juliennes.
- Capsicum large 1 (juliennes cut).
- Cabbage 3-4 tablespoon (finely chopped).
Procedure
In a large pot boil noodles with 1 tablespoon of salt till it is boiled strain water and pass through running water,add 1 tablespoon of oil mix it well.Now in a wok or deep fryer fry noodles till crispy and golden take out and keep aside on absorbent paper to drain excess of oil then heat 2 tablespoon of oil in frying pan add all vegetables and saute for few seconds then add ketchup,Szechuan sauce and salt. Take a large serving bowl crush noodles coarsely add vegetables and toss well.Serve it hot immediately with a clod drink.
