Recipe of Chinese Pakora

Chinese pakora


Ingredients



  • Cornflour 4-5 tablespoon.
  • Gram Flour (Besan) 3-4 tablespoon..
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon.
  • Ajinomoto 2 tablespoon.
  • Noodles 2-3 Packets.
  • Carrot (grated) 2 small.
  • Paprika 2 tablespoon.
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Cabbage (grated) 1 small.



Procedure


Boil the noodles till half done drain it and set a side then in a large bowl put gram flour,corn flour,soy sauce,ajinomoto,paprika and oyster sauce.Now in this put 1 egg and water to make thick batter then add noodles,carrot and cabbage in batter mix it well.Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it then Serve hot with ketchup,chili sauce and cold drink.
