Ingredients
- 2 lb Freshly ground chicken.
- 2 cup Sharp cheddar cheese,finely shredded.
- 1⁄2 small Onion,chopped (microwave with a dash of olive oil).
- 2 Beaten eggs.
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise.
- 1 cup Dry Italian seasoned breadcrumbs.
According to your wish
- Sliced tomato
- Beetroot
- Horseradish sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Handful iceberg lettuce
- Rocket
- Watercress
Procedure
Take the 1/2 of small onion chopped & put in microwave safe bowl with a dash of olive oil & microwave for 2 minutes.Combine onion with all remaining ingredients in large bowl then shape into 12 patties.Grill on BBQ or pan fry with 2 tablespoon vegetable oil (if you pan fry,coat burger patties individually in additionaly 1 cup breadcrumbs then fry they are extra crispy and yummy.You could also bake these in oven.
